DIY CAMERA KIT FOR OLYMPUS AIR app for iPhone and iPad

A dedicated application for the DIY CAMERA KIT to be used with the Olympus Air A01 and OTOTO. It provides total support for the DIY CAMERA KIT. This app was created and made by Olympus and Yuri Suzuki.

The DIY CAMERA KIT can be used with the DIY Synthesizer board (OTOTO) and the Olympus Air A01.

Once the OTOTO is fully connected to your phone, you are able to control the shutter, record videos and adjust the exposure. Using crocodile clips, you are able to attach the clip anywhere on the DIY CAMERA KIT, creating a custom location for the shutter, video and exposure.

You are able to zoom in and out of the live view screen and move the shutter and record button anywhere on the the screen.

＜Tutorial: How to connect the Ototo with the app＞

1.Connect the Ototo with your iPhone via a USB cable and the camera connection kit

2.Turn on the Ototo.

3.To ensure the Ototo is fully working, touch the keys on the Ototo which will create a sound.

4.Open the app and connect the app with the camera

5.Check you are able to use the shutter, the record button for film and button for change of aperture.

6.Close the app from the background

7.Attach the crocodile clip to the Ototo and items you wish to used as a trigger.

8.To calibrate the Ototo, which the two buttons simultaneously.

9.Open the app.

10.Check you are able to use the shutter, the record button for film and button for change of aperture again.

※If this is not working after these instructions, please close the app from the background and turn off the Ototo and follow the instructions from the beginning.
